inquiry handling.

Information you provide
We collect your name, contact details, property town, requested service and optional equipment details and notes. We store the consent version, submission time and receipt number with the request. Please do not include payment information or other sensitive details.
How requests are used
The site owner receives requests first and uses your information to follow up. If a suitable independent service provider is identified, your request may be shared with them for contact about the work, as described in the form’s consent. A request does not enroll you in marketing or reminders.
Hosting and protection
Cloudflare hosts the site, stores form requests and forwards notifications to the owner. The owner dashboard requires authentication. Abuse controls store a salted hash derived from the connection’s IP address in the application database, rather than the raw address. Rate-limit records older than two days are cleared when a request arrives or the dashboard opens; they may remain longer during inactivity. Cloudflare also processes connection data to operate and protect the service.
Phone inquiries
If you call the published tracking number, CallRail routes the call to the owner and processes caller number, time and call status. Call recording is not enabled. CallRail’s retention settings apply to its call records.
Retention and removal
Service requests remain available to the owner for follow-up and record keeping until deleted. To ask about your information or request removal, email [email protected]. We do not sell personal information.
